IRFANVIEW – HOW TO MANIPULATE YOUR PICTURES

IrfanView

IrfanView is a free software for manipulating with pictures. IrfanView is a good tool to convert the pictures , in the same time you can watch videos on it. It‘s very simple to use for the beginners but is powerful tool for the professionals. IrfanView was the first Window graphic viewer that support .gif format. Today it support all formats. You can download it from this web page http://irfanview.tuwien.ac.at. The main page looks like this.

1. To download IrfanView click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button.

2. Click on the Start Download button.

3. When the downloading is finished click on the OPEN button.

4. The next window is IrfanView Setup.

5. Click the NEXT button.

6. And again click on the NEXT button.

7. In the next button you need to choose the extensions that you want to support IrfanView.

8. Click on the NEXT button.

9. In this window all setups are done and you need to click on the NEXT button to start the installation.

10. When the installation is finished you need to click on the DONE button.

When you click on the Optionà Property/Settings button you can see 12 available options.

You can change anything that you want even the look of toolbar.

I will show you how you can enter en special effect on the picture with IrfanView It has menu options to play with IrfanView.

1. At first I will upload some pictures. To add a picture click on File àOpen and you need to chose the picture that you want to add Special effects

After uploading the picture click on the Image Button à Effects.

To see all of the effects click on effects browser.

An on the left side are all of the effects that you can apply to the original picture.

After you choose your effects you can change the sharpness of your effect by moving the slider.

Then you need to click ok to see your picture and see your changes.
